Several FileMaker Pro databases are shared by RCSS, and can be accessed by password.

Electronic University Expenses Claim Form
An electronic version (in PDF format) of the University of Edinburgh Expenses Claim form is available here
This should save you filling all those forms by hand. It works in 2 currencies on the back, and does all the calculations for you so you can print it off and send to finance.
